01 Oct Deborah Mount 10/3–10/30/26
Opening reception: Saturday October 3, 1–4 pm
During my career, I have taught Art for thirty-five years to all ages in public and private schools–including twenty years at Rialto High School. Currently, I am working with VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts for elementary students) for the Rialto School District. At the Redland’s Art Association, I teach oil and acrylic painting to adults along with art classes for children in all mediums with an emphasis on the Elements of Art and Principle of Design.
My passion for the arts is a life-long vocation that includes a variety of mediums and subject matter done in a realistic style with a focus on portraiture, animals, still life and landscapes.
When our “beloved” Big Bear eagle, Jackie, passed away on August 10, 2026; I had a desire to capture her image and memorialize her. I am thankful for all of creation, nature’s beauty that we all have the privilege to share; she will be missed.
