Hi everyone,
Our year ended with the annual pot luck dinner on June 6. We thanked our volunteers for their untiring efforts and installed our officers and committee heads for this coming year. There was a big turn-out and the food was spectacular, as usual. Reports were given from the Board of Directors, the Executive Director and MCAAEF. The newest informational film, “Behind the Scenes at RAA” was shown. It was nice to be all together!
Our summer programs are in full swing right now; with the Children’s Summer Art Camps filling our gallery with energy and enthusiasm. An art show from projects made in the art camps is planned for the week of August 20.
July brings some great classes and workshops for adults: oil painting, mixed media workshop called “Objects Alchemy”, and a two-day intensive workshop on enameling.
