Redlands Art Association puts on a Program on the 4th Tuesday of the month, September through May. We bring you educational lectures, fun artsy topics, and instructional demonstrations. This month we’re pleased to have Won tell us about pet portraits.

Won Madeline Koh is a Redlands-based artist who has been painting for more than three decades. Her long-standing passion for the fine arts, particularly in oil painting and watercolor, has always been her utmost priority. She established her style under the tutelage of the late Lucille Von Wolffersdorff.
Won reflects her deep enthusiasm for life and love in nature through the use of vibrant color on her palettes. Nature is her major artistic inspiration, and she loves to visit botanical gardens, nature conservancies, and enjoys long hikes. As a member of the Redlands Art Association and the Loma Linda Art Association, she received numerous awards including, -First Place at the National Orange Show art competition, -First Place at the Loma Linda Fine art competition, and -Third Place at the Redlands Art Association MMM show.
Now she’s going to demonstrate her love of pet portraits and explain the how-to’s of getting it right!
