RAA Artists ~ We’re doing a take-in for the new exhibit, 9-12 to 10-23-2020
To maintain social distancing, we are allowing only 8 artists at a time to bring in your art, so we’re doing it on an appointment schedule. No walk-ins.
Wednesday, Sept. 9 for jewelry artists from 10 am to 3 pm in half hour increments.
Thursday, Sept. 10 for table-top and wall art artists from 10 am to 3 pm in half-hour increments.
Friday, Sept. 11 for table-top and wall art artists from 9 am to 6 pm in half-hour increments.
You need to make an appointment. Call 909-792-8435 Mon – Sat, between 10 am – 3 pm. If you get the answering machine, leave your name, phone # and the time you want to come in.
Regular fees apply.
No docent time is required.
For all artists bringing in art, the inventory form must be completed before you arrive. No tables inside the gallery for filling in forms. Download the inventory form from the RAA web-site,
https://www.redlands-art.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/InventoryTake-in-Form-2017.pdf. It says 2017 but is still current. Most of this form is typeable… just start filling in the blanks and then print it out. Make 2 prints: one for you, one for us. Fill in the rest of the blanks and sign it.
Each piece must have your artist ID label: Name, Phone, Title, Price. Tape your business card or something on the back, upper right hand corner. For your protection, your artist ID should be on ALL your art, ALL the time. Jewelers – your ID tag must have your name, an inventory number, and the price.
Inspect your art. We will not accept damaged frames, sawtooth hangers (must have wire), chipped or cracked pieces. The gallery visitors expect fine art.
